Batch 02 is a rich triple-distilled single malt, matured in bourbon barrels and finished in signature Camus cognac casks. This single malt release consists of both first fill and second fill cognac casks, carefully selected to give a more woody, nutty and fl oral fi nish. It delivers a more intense mouthfeel of toasted bread extended with walnut stain on the palette. Before bottling, the island’s own Trinity Well water is added.
